We at Dual DeviantTM are currently operating under select presumptions with respect to your purchase :
1] You are purchasing for its utility and have an understanding of its function; or
2] You are purchasing as a puzzle box to challenge yourself and others in discovery of its utility; or
3] A friend owns it and is incessantly taunting you. You cannot take it anymore. You must get your very own.

Is It Broke?!
Unlikely. Each box is again hand inspected during our laser engraving process to ensure complete functionality.

You are now staring at an open box, lid off, with no idea how to put it back together. Your next thoughts are to rummage through your shit-drawer for anything rigid to pry and claw at the box like a maniac. Put. It. Down.
Our products are built to withstand most abuse, yet we frown upon stabbing the innards of your box.
While open, take this moment to further ponder the functionality. Once you understand how and why it opens, you may easily reassemble without force. We do not count accidental, non-repeatable opens as a 'win'.
